Ride for Dad - CCR Parade and Poker Run Group Ride

CCR will be participating in this charitable ride event by coordinating a group ride for the “Parade” and the “Poker Run” ride which follows.

Cam S., an experienced Ride Captain has volunteered to lead this ride, with the support of with the support of Brian H. who is also a CCR Ride Captain.

This is an excellent opportunity to ride and support a very worthy cause.  Please check the CCR Facebook page under “Events” for specific information about the ride.

National Memorial Ride

The National Memorial Ride was initially developed as a way for Veterans who ride motorcycles to pay their respects to their fallen comrades. However you do not need to be a veteran to participate.

The 2019 National Memorial Ride is held on Sunday, June 2 in Ottawa

Participation is open to Veterans and non-Veterans, motorcycle enthusiasts and supporters who wish to come out to honour and remember Canada’s Fallen Veterans.

Registration is required:

  • Online registration is available until May 31 at 1:00 pm.
  • Participants can register at the event on June 2, between 11:00 and 12:30 at the Canadian War Museum Parking Lot, 1 Vimy Place.

Although this is not a CCR event, many of our members participate in this important ride.

The Seventh annual Motorcycle Ride for Autism is a community motorcycle fund raising event that will be taking place on June 22nd 2019.  The ride is starting at Brown’s Independent Grocer 1251 Stittsville Main St. in Stittsville.
Although this is not a CCR event, many of our members participate in this worthwhile  fundraising event.

Details: Everyone welcome, one pay ferry, late lunch in MT, pay parking. 

Distance: 341 km 

Difficulty: On a scale of 1-5 this ride is a 3 and is suitable for all experienced riders – M2 required as we will return on the 417.
