This is scenic ride through the Lanark countryside in support of International Female Motorcycle Ride Day.
Difficulty: On a scale of 1-5 this ride is a 2 and is suitable for all riders – M2 required as we will return on the 417.

CCR participates in this charitable ride event by providing volunteers who help at the event, and the Club also leads a group ride for CCR members to participate in.
Cam S., one of the clubs experienced Ride Captains has volunteered to lead this ride, with the support of Jacques M., Adam S., and Dave P., who are all seasoned Ride Captains.

This is a community motorcycle charity event. Although CCR may not have a group ride for this event, it’s a great way to support an organization while having the opportunity to try your hand at rolling the dice for $10,000! And if you pre-register you also have a chance win a free nights accommodation at the Casselman Micro Hotel, along with lobster dinner for two on the evening before the event.

The National Memorial Ride was initially developed as a way for Veterans who ride motorcycles to pay their respects to their fallen comrades. However you do not need to be a veteran to participate.
The 2019 National Memorial Ride is held on Sunday, June 2 in Ottawa
Participation is open to Veterans and non-Veterans, motorcycle enthusiasts and supporters who wish to come out to honour and remember Canada’s Fallen Veterans.
Registration is required:
- Online registration is available until May 31 at 1:00 pm.
- Participants can register at the event on June 2, between 11:00 and 12:30 at the Canadian War Museum Parking Lot, 1 Vimy Place.
Although this is not a CCR event, many of our members participate in this important ride.
